Pedigree Herefords on the slopes of Clee Hill, finished slowly on grass and hay.
The Pryces have sent us beef since 1974. Their Herefords graze the hill from April to November and winter on home-grown hay. We buy whole carcasses and hang them for at least 28 days, then dry-age the best loins in our salt room.
